Our mission is to provide orchards to different countries in Africa, and other continents, for the purpose of helping remove the oppression of poverty to those most at risk. We will use the proceeds to educate, feed and cloth orphans, as well as provide training for widows.
These projects will better meet the nutritional needs of the people of Africa and abroad.
James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
On a return trip to Rwanda, I was thinking about what great friends I had made, I wanted to find a way to help them, not just to give a hand out, but truly help them.
I prayed and asked God how to help them with my meager means, the very next morning the answer came. My friend asked if we have apples in America. I said yes and then he explained to me that he loved them, but they were to expensive for the average person to eat.
These apples are shipped in from China and South Africa and cost is equivalent to $1.00 each, while the average income is $30-$40/ month.
I knew right then that God had answered my prayer! I went home and researched warm climate apple trees and found a website www.kuffelcreek.com this wonderful man in Southern California has been growing many varieties of apples in a warm climate, much to the amazment of the rest of the apples growers in the US.
